Section Tracks
All the vertical parts except “Chord Name” correspond to section tracks and can be switched on and off. Section tracks are used to define the visibility of chord, melody and drum patterns. In the background, Lessonator™ maintains a MIDI song with a set of predefined tracks. These tracks will produce one or several MIDI tracks. For example, a keyboard chord section track can produce a background pad as well as a lead piano groove. Section Track visibility dictates what can be seen on screen. What you see is what you hear. If it’s not on screen you can’t hear it. The predefined section tracks are:
